What owners ask before the first call.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. You can start with one complete workflow — the fleet, the path from a job to an invoice, or a customer portal — and connect more systems when the work needs them. When data moves, we map it first, check the result and keep a rollback path.
What does it cost?
MyFleets is about €13 per company plus €11 per assigned vehicle each month, ex. VAT, billed in DKK. Your own Codify system (Codify Workspace) starts at €19 a month, accounting on it is €38 a month all-in, and the Danish Årsrapport starts at about €270 a year. SMS plans start at €29 a month. E-invoicing prices are published at einvoicegate.com. Everything else is a scoped quote: we agree the scope, implementation and ongoing service before work starts.
Where is our data?
In EU data centres. Codify builds, hosts and operates the systems itself, and the data processing agreement and the full subprocessor list are public.
Are there per-user fees?
No per-user licence fees for the Codify platform. Product subscriptions, implementation, hosting and third-party usage charges stay separate, and quoted work is agreed before it starts.
Can it connect to what we already use?
Yes, through Integrations & API: we link the systems your company already uses, move updates both ways on a schedule, translate fields from one system to another and show failed transfers so they can be fixed.
Who supports it?
Codify does. One company stays responsible from the first workflow to daily operation: we monitor, patch, support and improve the system after launch.
